      This Indenture made this Eigth day of April in the Year
      seventeen hundred and sixty three Between George Frazier Magruder
      of Prince Georges County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the
      one part and George Frazier of the same County and Province Gentleman
      of the other part Witnesseth that the said George Frazier Magruder
      for and in consideration of the sum of five shillings sterling Money
      to him the said George Frazier Magruder in hand by the said George
      Frazier before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents paid the
      receipt whereof the said George Frazier Magruder doth hereby acknowledge
      and thereof and Therefrom doth acquit and discharge the said George his Heirs Executors administrators and assigns by these presents
      Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed
      and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain
      sell aliened relien enfeoffef and confirm unto him the said George
      Frazier his Heirs and assigns All that part of a Tract or parcell
      of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid
      called Blew plain otherwise Bew playne otherwise Blew plain
      otherwise Bu plane otherwise Beau plain which part is
      scituate lying and being on the North side of Oxen Creek and
      runn Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards

      George Frazier Magruder of in to and out of the same part of the
      Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and of in to and out of every part
      and parcel thereof To have and To hold the said part
      of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid hereby granted bargained
      and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be and premisses
      with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto
      him the said George Frazier his Heirs and assigns for ever
      to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said George Frazier
      his Heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use
      intent or purpose Whatsoever In Witness whereof
      the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably

Magruder, Gentleman in consideration of 2776 pounds current money paid by Levi Gantt, Gentleman has sold part of a tract called "Magruder's Resurvey" containing 134 acres, 2 rods and 16 perches and beginning on the 1st line of "St. Andrews" and bounded by a tract purchased by Walter Williams, Sr., from George F. Magruder, and a dividing boundary line between Osborn Sprigg and Levi Gantt; also a contiguous tract being part of St. Andrews containing 38 acres, 3 rods and 35 perches and containing in the whole 173 acres, 2 rods and 11 perches. Magruder relinquished her right of dower
