      To wife Eleanor, executrix, dower rights.
      To sons Samuel, William, Zacharias, Moses and their heirs, 200 acres "Wardropp" on north side of South River equally. Said sons to be of age at 18 years.
      To Son John Maccubin [the dwelling plantation] whereon I now live, known by the name of Bramton being one hundred and forty ackers on the North side of South River being to him and his heyres for ever

      Item. I give to my four sons Samuel Maccubin, William Maccubin, Zacharier Maccubin, Moses Maccubin two hundred ackers of Land lying on the north side of South River known by the name of Wordrape to be equally divided betwixt my aforesaid four sons both in quantity and quality to them and their heyers for ever.

      Item I give unto my Son John Maccubin [the dwelling plantation] whereon I now live, known by the name of Bramton being one hundred and forty ackers on the North side of South River being to him and his heyres for ever.

      My wife Ellenor Maccubin having her life time in the aforesaid hundred and forty ackers of Land accordin to Law.

      Item. I give unto my wife Ellenour Macubin my personal Estate and to be at her disposing for the good of her children as she shall think fit. And if my wife shall marry after my decease, then my four aforesaid sons Samuel, William, Zaccariah and Moses shall be at age of eighteen yeares. But if she shall remaine a widow then not to be of age until they are twenty and one yeares old.

      On February 25, 1702/3, as Colonel John Hammond, Gent., he bought of Thomas Reynolds, Gent., for 90 land on the south side of Christopher Hall's plantation in Swan Neck of 100 acres as conveyed to Edward Lloyd, late of the Severn, Gent., to Richard Horner, with improvements.
      Sarah Reynolds waived all dower rights before Charles Hammond, Justice of the Peace.

      ii. Sophia GRIFFITH was born 27 Apr 1691 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and died 19 Apr 1730 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She married Benjamin DUVALL 1713 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, son of Mareen DUVALL and Susannah (DUVALL). He was born Abt 1691 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and died 1774 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
      2. iii. Charles GRIFFITH was born 20 Jan 1693 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and died 6 Oct 1771 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He married Mary WOLDEN 29 Aug 1717 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. She died 18 Feb 1721. He married Catherine BALDWIN 1727, daughter of John BALDWIN and Hester LARKIN. She was born 1705, and died 13 May 1733.
      iv. William GRIFFITH was born 15 Apr 1697 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. He married Comfort DUVALL Abt 1717 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, daughter of John DUVALL and Elizabeth JONES. She was born 17 Mar 1701.
