      3. Amelia Bowie --granddaughter (Amelia was a Weems before marrying Walter Bowie)
      -to have testatrix's four-wheeled carriage and a pair of horses
      4. Mary Weems --daughter (wife of James Weems)
      -to have Negro girl "Minta"
      -to have 1/2 of the testatrix's property for her natural life
      -named executrix of the will

      -to have the following parcels of land: all that part of "Partnership" which testator's father gave him, also the "Addition to Partnership" "Second Addition to Partnership" and also that part of "Beali's Reserve" which testator purchased from Fielder Bowie. also part of "Major's Lon" which testator purchased from William Brashears and Richard Wooten
      -to have the Negroes left to widow at her decease
      -to have Negroes: "Carpenter Nacy" "Ned" and his wife "Sue" and a]] her children except for a girl "Polley" "Kate" and her children "Tom the Smith" "Jacob"--"Dinahls" son, "Nancy" "Babs" daughter and all her children except for "Kelly" who testator's daughter Mary Weems has in her possession, "Shadrack" and his wife and her children "Phil" "Harry" and his wife "Bab" and her children, all the children descended from "Rapp- and his wife, and "Charles" -Will's" son, "Hannah"--"Dinah's" daughter and her children

      -to have 2 beds and furn., 12 chairs, 10 head of horned cattle, 10 head of hogs, 10 head of sheep, 4 work horses, 2 mares, the carriage and the two horses belonging to it -to have 100 pounds in money, all the use of testator's silver plate which she may choose and at her death the silver plate to be divided between testator's sons
      4. Mary Weems --daughter to have all the Negroes who testator lent to her who she now has in her possession
      -also to have Negroes: "Dinah"--"Rachels" mother and also "Arny" and her children
      -to have the money testator lent to Mr. Weems to pay Coolidge

      We James Magruder and Barbary Magruder in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money as for the natural love and affection we have and do bear towards our loving granddaughters Barbara Boyd and Margaret Hall hath given by these presents part of a tract called "Norway" containing 125 acres being part of "Largo" and beginning at the beginning tree of "Norway" which Daniel Danielson sold Enoch Combs and running near a spring formally called Riddle's Spring and now used by Thomas Wood and near the house he now lives in it being the beginning of the land Enoch Magruder now lives on and running near the old fields of John Contee. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this March 25th 1767, James Magruder, Barbara Magruder in the presence of and acknowledged before David Craufurd, Jonathan Slater
