      ii. Richard Duckett Hall was born 6 MAY 1768 in Prince Georges, MD, and died 1819. He married Elizabeth Perkins 8 JAN 1799 in Prince Georges County, MD, daughter of William Perkins and Susannah Clarke. She was born 7 JUN 1778 in Prince Georges, MD.
