      Indenture made September 11, 1786; Zephaniah Prather, planter in consideration of 200 pounds current money paid by William Hall has sold prart of "Hog Harbour" containing 100 acres which was willed by William Prather, formerly of PGCo, deceased to his son Joseph Prather during his natural life and after his decease to Zephaniah Prather to be laid out and agreeable to a former division made by Archibald Edmonston and Ninian Edmonston. Signed Zephaniah Prather in the presence of and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Richard Cramphin and at the same time Rachel Prather w/o Zephaniah Prather relinquished her right of dower.

      Indenture made March 15, 1791; Gabriel Duvall, planter in consideration of 50 pounds current money paid by William Hall s/o Benjamin, planter has sold part of a tract called "Pleasant Grove" containing 33 acres (except my mothers right) and beginning at the east corner of land sold by Gabriel Duvall to Thomas Duvall, Jr., and adjoining the land the aforesaid Hall is now in possession, and adjoins to parts of "Pleasant Grove" devised from Samuel Duvall, deceased to his son Jeremiah Duvall and to his son James Duvall. Signed Gabriel Duvall in the presence of and acknowledged before Thos. Boyd, Thos. Duckett and at the same time Ann Duvall w/o Gabriel Duvall relinquished her right of dower
