      BUTLER, JOHN, of Westmoreland County, Planter.
      To son Thomas my Plantation I now live upon lying & being in the forrest in Quantity of Acres one hundred and fifty to him and his heirs for ever also one Mare filley about Eight Months old my daughter Grace to have the first Mare foale that the said Mare filley shall bring & her increase for ever; also to my son Thomas one brown Heifer about 3 years old having a hole in Each eare Cropt in the Left her & her female increase for ever. My will is that the feather bed I now lie Upon with the furniture thereunto belonging (In Case I now die) Remain in my Wifes possession Soe long as she keeps herselfe Single & Unmarried & afterwards to be delivered Unto my Sonn Thomas in Case she marry. All the rest of my Temporall Estate both Moveables & Immoveables Shall be sold to discharge & pay all my Debts as Shall appeare Lawfully due by me unto any person or persons. To daughter Grace the first Cow Calfe that falls from any of my Cattle to be Recorded for her & her heires for ever. To son Thomas one Small pott of about 3 or 4 gallons. Appoints as his Executors & Overseers of his will Mr Henry Berry of Rappac County & his eldest son Henry.

BRISCOE of ye Citty of BRISTOLL in ye Kingdom of England Marriner his heires for ever One thousand acres of lande Iyeinge on ye River of OCCAQUON in the County of Stafford in POTOMACKE RIVER beinge pie of a Pattent of three thousand acres of lande now in the possession of the said CALEB BUTLER To Have and To sold to him the said WM. BRISCOE ye said One thousand acres of lande from claimes of any pson whatsoever. In Wittness whereof I have sett my hande &wale this 5th day of June 1691
