      This Indenture made 10th November 1724 between THOMAS TIMMONS (S) of County Stafford Planter and WILLIAM TRIPLET of same .. to farm lett 100 acres on North side of Aquia Creek in Parish Overwharton in Stafford County and now in possession of sd Thomas Timmons by virtue of a Deed of Escheat from the Office of Proprietors of Northern Neck of Virginia bearing date 8th April 1724 the 100 acres aforesaid was formerly purchased by JOHN SKIEL of one JOHN GWYN as by Deed 4 October 1689 and afterwards devised by John Skiel to his wife and child who are since dead without heirs (whereby the aforesaid land became Escheatable) and bounded as followeth Beginning at marked chestnut oak on East side of the Run that drives Capt. GEORGE BRENT'S new mill not far from the upper Dam and extending by a line of marked trees to Aquia River and so down said River to a marked Pohickory ., line of trees that divides this land from the land of said Skiel now granted to Capt.
