      I, Rachel Mitchell of CC being weak and indisposed in body but sound and retentive in mind and memory
      To daughter Henrietta Williams one negro girl Terry and one boy John.
      To granddaughter Eliza Deady, one little feather bed and quilt
      To grandson Benidic {sic Benedict} Mitchell to be put into his father's care, one negro woman Cate and after three years may be free. I also give my walnut desk, a small square walnut table, a small looking glass to be delivered on December next and two cows and calves, two small stares, six ewes and lambs, a sow and pigs to be delivered next spring.
      To son Ignatius Mitchell, one feather bed and quilt and to his son Richard six silver spoons to be delivered to my son Ignatius
      To granddaughter Elizabeth Mcfhary(McClary?}, one negroe girl Henny
      To poor of neighborhood, ten pounds currency and distributed at the discretion of my son Richard
