      estmd. Sct. At a Court held for the said County the 28th day of Janry. 1745/6 On the motion of the Revd. DAVID CURRIE who intermarried with ANNE, the Relict and one of the Exors. of ISAAC ALLERTON, Gent., deced,, and praying that proper persons might be appointed to set apart and assign unto the said CURRIE in right of his Wife his part of the said Decedents Estate both real and personal from the partz of that Estate belonging to GAWEN and WILLOUGHBY ALLERTON, Children of the said deed,. The premises being considered by the Court, it is ordered that WILLOUGHBY NEWTON. RICHARD JACKSON and NICHOLAS MINOR, Gent., and PETER RUST, or any three of them do sometime before the next Court to be held for the County aforesaid, allot unto the said DAVID CURRIE in right of his Wife his part of the said Decedents Estate both real and personal according to Law, and make report of their proceedings therein under their hands in writing to the said next Court

      Pursuant to an Order of Westmoreland County Court dated the 28th January 1745/6 hereunto annexed, we the subscribers being apptd. by the said Order to allot and assign to the Reverend DAVID CURRIE (in right of his Wife, the Widow of ISAAC ALLERTON, Gent., deced.) his part of the said Dects, real & personal Estate. We therefore proceeded to divide the land, (vizt.) Beginning at the letter (N) in the plat made by Colo. WILLIAM BALL at a Spanish Oak & extending from thence along the line between the land of the said ALLERTON and Captain GEORGE LEE, E. S. E. 24 pole, thence N. N. E. 320 poles, thence W N. W. to MACHODICE RIVER, thence up the several courses and meanders of the River and binding therewith to the beginning, including the said ALLERTONs Dwelling House & 550 acres of land joining thereto, it being one third part of the tract according to the aid ALLERTONs Will. We also allot to the said DAVID CURRIE nine slaves being one third part of the whole slaves sheaved as belonging to the above mentioned Estate divided according to value, also sundry goods, an Inventory of which is as followeth, vizt.....

      The entire page 200 is taken up with a description as above, the only names appearing being "An indext to the Plat of Mr. ISAAC ALLERTON's Pattent and Survey," "X. three Gumms from which Major ESKRIDGE desired ALLERTONs Pattent might. be reversed;" and A Plott of the Survey made September 19th 1727 by Captain. ROBERT BROOKES, and myself of the lands in dispute between the Honble, ROBERT CARTER, PHI and ISAACK ALLERTON. Infant, Defendant by Captain GEORGE TURBERVILE his next Friend; describing the several stations herein mentioned with the distances of each place one from the other and the quantity of acres therein contd., which may be added to or subtracted from either Pattent according as it may be adjudged. (and then on pages 201 and 202 is a description of the Platt for One thousand six hundred fifty and three acres)
