      WILL OF CHRISTOPHER PRITCHET
      In the Name of God Amen. I Christopher Pritchet being in body very sick but in perfect sense and memory giving up my Soul into the hands of our saviour Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth to be decently buried as the Trustee thinks fit (Viz) I Christopher Pritchet do appoint Martin Gollothan to be my Trustee to look after my business as Cattle & Hoggs & household goods, and Land excepting fifty acres which I leave to Sarah Gutrage lying on the left hand of the path going to Giles Carter's and between the old field and the line of Martin Gollothan's and down the main branch to a gully lying in my pasture with privledge of my pasture and to have privledge of corn ground Till she can conveniently get it at the said fifty acres of land and the ten apple trees being in the course of the land aforesaid runing from the head of the gully to three cherry trees runing strait to Jones's line Leaving my own hunting gun to my grandson Christopher Pritchet and another short gun to my grandson Henry Williams and one Kersey Coat and fustain pair of breeches to Thomas Highlander two black geilding horses to be under the care of the said Martin Gollothan and tohis disposal for the good of my wife my Plantation & Orchard only excepting what Priviledges was nominated before and half the new dwelling house belonging to Sarah Gutrage one feather bed and two other beds Unto the charge of Martin Gollothan and furniture one large chest and all other lumber which is not disposed of and the old dwelling house and half the new house under the charge of Martin Gollothan and the said Martin Gollothan have the full disposal and benefit yearly as he shall see fit for the care of my wife at her death to be equally divided among my daughters if anything remains after
      the death of my wife.

      The Last Will & Testament of Christopher Pritchet, Decd., was presented into Court by Martin Gollothan his Executor who made oath thereto and the same was proved by the oaths of Ann Drake and William Jones evidences thereto and admitted to record.
