      . . .That Robert Hill and William Griffin were the securities to the said administaration bond of the said Robert Price deceased. That the said Robert Hill is dead, and his son Robert Hill is his executor or administrator. That the said William Griffin is also dead, and William Marshall and Cyrus Griffin were his executors, both of whom are dead and no person hath taken administratation de bonis non upon his estates, but - - the wife of John Lewis is the only child and heir at law, devisee and legal representative of the said William Griffin deceased. . . .
