      NATHANIEL CHAPMAN, Gent. came into Curt and produced a Writing contained in a small book the Last Will and Testament of GEORGE CHAPMAN, deceased, which was proved to be the proper hand writing of the said Decedent by JOHN ALLAN, CUTHBERT SANDYS and CHARLES DICK, whereupon the said Will is admitted to Record and administration on the Decedent's Estate is granted to the said NATHANIEL CHAPMAN with the said Will annexed, &c., the said NATHANIEL CHAPMAN being Heir at Law to the said Decedent declared he had no objections to make against the said Will; Certificate is granted him for obtaining Letters of Administration and ordered that FIELDING LEWIS, CHARLES DICK, JOHN ALLAN and HUMPHRY WILLIS or any three of them being first sworn before some Majestrate of this County do appraise the Estate of the said Decedent and return their report to the next Court
