MARY THOMAS, were arrested to this Court at the suit of EDWARD WHITE and BENJAMIN COTMAN, Husbands to MARY and ELIZABETH, Daughters of the said MRS. MARY THOMAS for their share of the said MARY's Estate. The Defendants pleaded that they were under arrest to the Generall Court at the suit of Mr. JOSIAS PITTS, Administrator of WILLIAM THOMAS, deceased, for the whole Estate of the said THOMAS, the said PITTS haveing in this Court entered his exception; it is ordered that the next Court the difference between WHITE, COTMAN and the two SANDERS have a full hearing

      It is ordered that Mrs. ELIZABETH SANDERS exhibit upon her oath to the next Court a true and perfect Inventory of the Estate of her deceased husband Mr. EBENEZER SANDERS.

      In the Difference pending between EDWARD SANDERS Plaintiff and JOHN COCKERELL and ELIZABETH his wife Executors of Mr. EBENEZER SAUNDERS deceased Defendants concerning land demised by the said EBENEZER SANDERS to his son EDWARD, his daughter ELIZABETH and his said brother EDWARD the Plaintiff as by the Will of the said deceased appears, It is ordered that Capt. GEORGE COOPER Surveyor sometime with the first convenience layout the said land in difference divided as abovesaid by the said Testator and make report to the succeeding Court.
