      The Last Will and Testament of WILLIAM BARBER, deced., was presented into Court by JOYCE BARBER, one of the Executors, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of SAMUEL ALGAR and THOMAS NASH, JUNR., two of the witnesses thereto is admitted to Record, and on motion of the Executor and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probat thereof in due form
      - BARBER &c ack. Bond JOYCE BARBER and SAMUEL BALEY came into Court and acknowledged their Bond for JOYCE BARBER's just and faithfull adminis- tration of the Estate of WILLIAM BARBER, deced, which is ordered to be recorded
      - BARBER's Estate to be appraised
      THOMAS NASH, GABRIEL ALLOWAY, EDWARD JONES and JAMES SUGGITT or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of WILLIAM BARBER, deced., which shall be presented to their view in money and make report thereof to the next Court. CHARLES BARBER, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer the Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also to JOYCE BARBER, one of the Executors, for her true discovery thereof

      IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen, I JOHN ROBINSON of FARNHAM in Virginia being sick and weak of body, but of perfect mind (praised be God) doe hereby make this my last Will in forme following (Vizt.)
      First I give and bequeath my Soule to Almighty God
      Item I give unto my Deare Mother and my Brother, SAMLL. BAYLY, all my Cattle at Rappae; to be Equally devided betwixt them; the one moyetie being for the use of my Coz. JOYCE BAYLY.
      Item I give to my Coz. JOYCE BAYLY more my two young Colts, & one small iron pott & one great Chest, five pewter Dishes and one Pewter Flaggon
      Item I give to my Mother (who hereby I make my Executrix) one Featherbed & all things thereunto belonging, one great Iron Pott, two Little Chests, all my plates, spoones, tongs, all my linnen, and all other the household lumber
      Item. I give to my Father in Law, WM. THORNBURY, a Spit, Table, two Chaires, Andirons and all my Catle at POTOMACK
      Item I give to my Br: SAMLL. BAYLY all my Nailes & two Gunns
