      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I CORNELIA DISHMAN of County of Westmoreland Widow do for my self my heirs grant unto my two sons DAVID & PETER DISHMAN a certain tract of land containing 816 acres of Land in County of Essex for divers considerations have granted unto my said two sons David & Peter Dishman all my right thereunto belonging land about two miles from Rappahanock river & Bounded Begining at a marked white oak standing in a line of a Pattent formerly granted to ROBERT PAINE deced near a side of a creek called Cocel Creek that runs into a creek called Lucas Creek thence running with a line of marked trees which divideth this from the land of Mr BETHELHAM & GILSON's West to a red oak standing by a ridge PATH which leadeth to PORTOBACCO INDIAN TOWN being corner to a patent granted to Mr. EDWIN THACKER thence with a line of markt trees which divideth this from the said Thackers land North by West crossing a branch of the aforesaid Creek to a marked forked poplar corner to a Pattent formerly granted to JAMES COGGHILL standing in a branch of Portobacco Creek to a marked forked poplar which divideth this from said Coghills land East to a stake standing in the aforesaid line of Robert Paines thence with said line binding thereon South crossing the two main runes of the creek to the place it began five hundred & Sixty acres of the said land was formerly granted to Capt• ALEXANDER FLEMING by pattent bearing date the 4th day of 7ber 1667 as will by Pat- tents appear To Hold forever to be equally divided between them the said David & Peter Dishman But & if either the said David or Peter should die before they come to the age of twenty one years or without heirs lawfully begotten of their own bodies that then the other shall have the whole tract & if they both the without heirs lawfully begotten of their own bodies that then it shall go to my Son JOHN DISHMAN & his heirs forever this 14th day of Augt 1727
