      THIS INDENTURE made this 30th day of December in the first year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord King George the Second by the grace of God, King of Great Brittain &c. and in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand seven hundred and twenty seven; Between WILLIAM CRASK of County of Richmd, of one part and ROBERT WELCH of same County of other part; Witnesseth that WILLIAM CRASK in consideration of the sum of Five thousand eight hundred pounds of tobacco and cask, the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge, hath and by these presents doth bargain and sell unto ROBERT WELCH and his heirs that parcell of land containing One hundred acres of land be it more or less scituate in County of Richmond and Pish. of Sittenburn which one hundred acres of land the bounds, Beginning at a white Oak on the West side of the Maine Road that goes from NAYLORS HOLE up the County, then up the Main Road for bounds to a red Oak binding on ELIAS (? FINNAH) then to a corner Hickory, then binding on WILLIAM BALEY, then to a corner white Oak and and then binding on Mr. BECKWITH's land and so to the place where it began: And all right title and demand which WILLIAM CRASKE now hath or ought to have in the land and premises; To have and to hold the one hundred acres of land and premises with appurtenances unto ROBERT WELCH and his heirs fully discharged from all incumbrances and WILLIAM CRASK or his heirs unto ROBERT WELCH and his heirs will warrant and for ever defend by these presents against the claime of any person; In Witness whereof the partys to these present-5 have interchangeably sett their hands and seals the day and year first above written

      At a Court held for Richmond County the third day of January 1727
      WILLIAM CRASKE came into Court and acknowledged this his Deed dunto ROBERT WELCH which was admitted to Record; also REBECCA CRASKE, the Wife of the said WILLIAM CRASKE, appeared in Court and relinquished her right of Dower in the land conveyed in this Deed unto the said ROBERT WELCH, which was also admitted to Record
