      Westmoreland County, Virginia-Will of Robert Frank (Sr) Bk 8, P 76- Nov. 17, 1725 Pro Feb. 22, 1726
      Being in perfect sense and memory , thou weak in body, but Blessed be God in perfect ___, as followeth:
      Imprimis: I bequeath my Soul to God in Jesus Christ who was my Creator and Redeemer, in whom I trust to be my Creator, to save me again at the last day in Glory. I also bequeath my body to the earth from whence it had its being, to be orderly and decently buried and my worldly goods, as follows:
      Imprimis: I give unto my grand daughter Margaret Spilman, a certain parcel of land lying on E/S Modoro Branch, commonly known as Whitins during her lifetime; and after her decease to return to my grandson Robert Frank., and if my grandson Robert Frank should die without issue lawfully begotten of his own body, to return to my grandson, William Plunkett
      Impremis: I give unto my grandson John Grinning, a certain parcel of land lying between the Church path and Modoro branch, to him and his heirs forever..
      Impremis: I give unto my grandson Robert Frank, my plantation and land belonging thereto, and to inherit the same at the age one and twenty, to him and his heirs forever; said land to be in possession of John Plunkett, until such time he comes of age.. If he should die without heirs of his body, this land to return to my grandson William Plunkett
      Impremis: I give unto my grand daughter Margaret Spilman , one cow and calf.
      Impremis: I give unto my grandson, William Plunkett, bed and funishings, which I commonly ly on.
      Impremis: I give unto my grand daughter Elizabeth Knighton, my next best bed and furnishings.
      Impremis: I give unto my grandsons, Thomas Grinning and John Grinning, all my wearing cloathes, after my decease, to be equally divided between them.
      Impremis: I give unto my grandson Thomas Frank, my horse, bridle, and saddle.
      All the rest of my personal effects I give to my friend, John Plunkett .
      Also, I make my loving friend, John Plunkett my whole and sole Exr of this last Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixed my Seal this 17th day of November, 1725.

      Westmoreland County, At a Court held for this County the 22nd day of February, 1726, John Plunkett, the Executor named in the last Will & Testament of Robert Frank, took Oath as Executor and the will being proved by the Oath of the Witnesses, therefore ordered to be recorded. this 9th day of March, 1726.       WILL OF SARAH FRANKS, WIFE OF ROBERT FRANKS, JR.

      From the book of Wills & Abstracts of Westmoreland, County, Virginia.

      Franks, Sarah, widow of Robert, 20 June 1725, eldest son thomas, should be declared of age upon my death. Children Robert, Samuel, Martha, Mehemiah to John Piper and wife Mary until they come of age. Attested by John Plunkett.

      FINAL WILL OF SARAH FRANKS. From her death bed it seems, John Plunket saith that on the 6th of this Instant time he was desired by Sara Frank, late wife of Robert Frank, now deced. to be witness that it was her desire that John Marshall & John Piper should together with her Eldest son, Thomas Frank, be her executors & desired that John Marshall should have the care and education of her two sons, Robert and Samuel, and her other two chilren Martha and Nehemiah should be under the care of John Piper and his wife, Mary, and that the said John Marshall and John Piper should see the Estate equally divided among her children and that her son Thomas, should imediately be of age and for himself after her death. And further saith not.
      signed John Marshall.
      In an extra note it stated that she also declared Elizabeth and Sara along with Thomas of age after her death. She declared this from her sick bed.
