      MIDDLESEX COUNTY, VIRGINIA WILLS, 1713-1734; Pages 294-95.
      Will of John Price of the Parish of Christ Church in the County of Middlesex, being sick and weak in body, dated 24 Sept. 1726.
      Unto my son Thomas Price my plantation and all my land in this county together with the mill and appurtenances thereto belonging.
      Unto my sons Robert and James Price all my tract of land in Essex and King and Queen County to be equally divided.
      Unto my other three sons John, Samuel and William Price each of them sixty pounds sterling to buy each of them a tract of land.
      To my daughter Jane Price sixty pounds sterling after her marriage to be paid on demand with her other part of my estate.
      As for all the rest of my estate, vizt. my Negros and moveable estate, equally divided amongst my six sons and one daughter. If any children should dye their parts of my moveable estate to be equally divided among the survivors.
      My son Thos. Price shall have the care and tuition of my other children so long as he shall do well by them.
      My son Thomas Price be of age at my death to act or do anything concerning my estate.
      When the first of my children is qualified to demand their part of my estate, it shall be appraised and what it comes to a share paid each of them.
      My son Thos. Price executor. In case he should die my son Robt. Price executor. My two friends Mr. Humphrey Jones and Mr. Oliver Seger my trustees.
      To each of my trustees twenty shillings to buy them a ring.

      20 Sept. 1726. Whereas it is mentioned that if any of my children should dye before they come to age then their part of my moveable estate to be equally divided amongst the survivors, my Negroes in such case shall go to the survivors in the same manner.
