      Indenture made 15th July 1762 between KATHARINE JETT relict of WILLIAM JETT late of county Louden and THOS HODGE of county King George .. Whereas said William in his life time and the said Katharine then his wife by their deeds of lease and release dated 10th & 11th May 1762 conveyed to Thomas Hodge 88-1/4 acres ., whereas Katharine had no opportunity to acknowledge said deed before (her husband's) death which happened Soon after the Execution of said Deeds .. Now This Indenture Witnesseth that said KATHARINE JETT for sum Ten shillings .. has granted Thomas Hodge all the Dower & Thirds .. in said tract of land ..

      oath that the said JAMES LANE departed this life without making any Will so farr as she knows or believes and upon her mocon certificate is granted her for obtainingnLetters of Admicon upon the said deeds. Estate in due form THOMAS SORRELL and WILLIAM BERKLEY assuming to be securities for her faithfull Admicon and It is ordered that JOHN WELLINGON, WILLIAM LEWIS, WILLIAM BERKLEY and JOHN MEDFORD or any three of them being first sworn before one of his Majesties Justices for the said County do some time before the next Court to be held for the said County value and appraise the said Estate in money and make report thereof to the said next Court.
