      - BARNES agt WILDEY Whereas THOMAS BARNES preferred his Information unto this Court wherein he declared that MRS. JANE WILDEY had concealed two Tythables contrary to Law, ye one of which is Mr. HENRY FLEET; now if the said FLEET or MRS. WILDEY doe at the next Court held for this County produce Colo. STONE's Oath that he gave within the time by Law prescribed an Account of the said FLEET among the rest of his Tythables and that he was entered in the Lyst of Tythables this yeare for ye County of RAPPAHANNOCK then the said MRS. JANE WILDEY to be free from the penalty for concealing him or otherwise THOMAS BARNES to have Judgment against her according to Law
