      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I JOHN AWBREY of Westmoreland County being sick and weak in body butt of perfikt sence and memory, thanks be to God for the same, and calling to mind the uncertainty of this transitory life doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following; First, I bequeath my Soul to God that gave it me and my body to the Earth to be decently buyred afte the decrestion of my
      Executors hereinafter mentioned.
      Item I give and bequeath to my Daughter, HANNAH AWBREY, one fether bed with what furniture belongs to it to be left with the care of my Daughter, til she shall come to her respective age herafter mentioned to by delivered imediately after my decease and three thousand pounds of tobacco to be paid her when she comes to the age of sixteen years or day of mango, and that she live with my Daughter, KEZIA ATWELL, untill she comes to the age aforesaid and to be allowed wearing clothes and two years schooling out of my Estate hereafter mentioned:
      Item, I give to my Daughter, KERENHAPPUCK AWBREY, one fether bed with what furniture belongs to it and fouer thousand pounds of tobacco to be delivered her when she comes to the age of sixtgeen years or day of marrage.
      Item. I give to my Daughter, KEZIA ATTWELL, one Negro boy called Harey to allowed her imediately after my decease and one Negro woman called Jenny to be delivered to her at the end of three years after my decease with all her future increase to her and her heirs for ever;
      Item. I give to my loving Son, CHANDLER AWBREY, all the rest of my Estate both reall and personable to him and his heirs for ever to be delivered when he shall come to the age of eighteen years old. I allso will and desire that if the purduce of Cropes be not sufficient. to pay my debts that my Executor here after mentioned have ye liberty to sell any part of my Estate that he shall think fitt to pay them out of my Son, CHANDLER AWBREYs, Estate. I allsoe will and desire that if my Son, CHANDLER AWBREY decease this life before he shall come to his respective age aforesd, or without issue, that the land and plantation whereon I now life shall fall and come to my Daughter, HANNAH AWBREY and the heirs of her body lawfully begotten for ever; I allsoe will and desire that if my Son. CHANDLER AWBREY, decease as aforesd. that my Daughter. KERENHAPPUCH to have one hundred acres of land at the head of my upper devident to be layd off allsoe the ( ) manner next adjoyning to the land of Mr, THOMAS SORRELL, deced., and FRANCIS AWBREYs Land to her and the heirs of her body begotten for ever;
      Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter, KEZIA ATWELL, the remaining part of theland with all houses and appurtenances thereunto belonging to her and her heirs lawfully begotten for ever: If my Son, CHANDLER AWBREY, decease this life before he comes of age or lawfull issue as alsoe an iron pot.
      Item. I doe appoint my well beloved Friends, Colo. THOMAS LEE and Capt. GEORGETURBERVILE my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale this 12th day of December 1726
