      To Geo. Gregg deeds for 100 a. left me in my father's will, negotiated for & which he bought of Richard Wood by one Wm. Pearrey, by him sold to my father. Tract of land I live on, above Goose Creek. containing 336 a., also land fell to me by death. Richd. Aubrey on Potomac River joining land of Thos. Aubrey & Josias Clapman. to be sold to pay just debts;
      to wife Mary Aubrey land where John Woodridge lives. 86 a. with all appurtenances. at her death to her youngest dau. Frances;
      to wife if she be with child as she expects the child the plantation wherein Richard Poultney lived on Riverside,
      also that wherein John Sarker lived;
      to wife's eldest dau., Hannorer 50 a. came to me from Richard Aubrey at 18 yrs.; to wife 1/4, of all yearly rents during the non age of children-the other part for maintenance & schooling of my wife's children; to wife's three ch. plantation where Joseph Daron lives.

      To the Worshipful Justices of Fairfax County now in Court assembled, we the Subscribers, JOHN COLVILL of Fairfax County of one part and THOMAS AWBRY of the same, Exr. to his Father, Francis Awbry having each a suit depending in Court against each other and considering the many Uncertainties, delays and expences thereon .. have agreed to refer the matter in controversie between us to the Arbitration of four men on the conditions hereafter mentioned and also to put the same into Court of this County to be made a Rule of Court and Recorded according to the Statute in behalf made of the 9 and 10th of W3 Ch 15 the recital of which is as follows: after the 11th May 1698 all Traders and others desirous to end any Controversy Suit or Quarrell by Arbitration may agree that the Submission of the Suit to the award or Umpirage of any person or persons ..
