      to bro. Francis land I live on on Potomack River. also land on Tuskorora River had from bro. John, 200 a.; if he returns in 14 yrs. is to have estate I had bro. Thomas having no part; one half the estate to go to bro. Thomas if he returns in 7 yrs. otherwise divided between bros. Geo. Henry & SamI. Thomas Aubury personal property;
      to Henry Aubury wearing apparel, one chest & fiddle to sister Sara, & bros. Geo. & Samuel 160 a. to be equally divided, lying on branches of Difficult Run, adj. land of Chas. Broadwater.

      To Geo. Gregg deeds for 100 a. left me in my father's will, negotiated for & which he bought of Richard Wood by one Wm. Pearrey, by him sold to my father. Tract of land I live on, above Goose Creek. containing 336 a., also land fell to me by death. Richd. Aubrey on Potomac River joining land of Thos. Aubrey & Josias Clapman. to be sold to pay just debts;
      to wife Mary Aubrey land where John Woodridge lives. 86 a. with all appurtenances. at her death to her youngest dau. Frances;
      to wife if she be with child as she expects the child the plantation wherein Richard Poultney lived on Riverside,
      also that wherein John Sarker lived;
      to wife's eldest dau., Hannorer 50 a. came to me from Richard Aubrey at 18 yrs.; to wife 1/4, of all yearly rents during the non age of children-the other part for maintenance & schooling of my wife's children; to wife's three ch. plantation where Joseph Daron lives.

I FRANCIS AWBREY of the Government of Georgia Sendeth Greeting .. for love, good will and affection which I have and do bear towards my loving Brother, SAMUEL AWBREY, of parish of Cameron in county of Fairfax .. give my Right, title .. in certain parcel of land bequeathed unto said Samuel Awbrey, being half part of all the land joining to Potomack river above the land given to my Brother, RICHARD AWBREY, which land was left to my Brother, THOMAS AWBREY and SAMUEL AWBREY, to be equally divided between them which will appear by my Fathers, Francis Awbrey, last will and testament bearing
