      Judgment is granted JOHN LEWIS against THOMAS HARRISON &
      ELIZABETH his wife for the sum of eight hundred pounds of tobacco due by bill ordered they pay the same with costs alias execucon. The said LEWIS discounting the legal payments made in part of the said bill and execucon not to issue before. Judgment by nihil dicit is granted JOHN COOPER against ABRAHAM BAXTER for the sum of five hundred pounds of tobacco due by bill ordered he pay the samewith costs alias exe.
