Brookes, Humphrey Brookes and Wm. Brookes, dec'd, plantation where Samuel Willis is overseer valued at 360.10.0; plantation where Joseph Phillips is overseer 265.2.6; with 651.1.8 1/2 improvements .. plantation where Saml. Williams lives .. this 10th day of May 1735

(his mark) Jackson. At a court held 23 February 1737 .. ordered to be recorded.
