      Timothy Terrill & others having by their petition Set forth that the Turning the main road that leads from the doubletop Mountain to go from Jacob Broyles to ffields.s road to come into the sd road at or near Joseph Bloodworths would be very convenient Its ordered that Joseph Bloodworth Nicholas Copeland and John Kines or any two of them view the said road so petitioned for by the sd Terrill & others and make report to the next Court.

      Indenture 25 Sept 1745 between TIMOTHY TERRELL of Orange County and PHILLIP ROOTE of Parish of Stratton Major, County of King & Queen, Gentl. .. deeds of lease and release .. for one hundred pounds .. granted 460 acres in County of Orange at or near the Great Mountains on the branches of Robinson River .. part of a tract of 1000 acres conveyed to Richard Mauldin by him sold to Zachary Martin .. 260 acres part of the 460 acres sold by Zachary Martin to the said Timothy Terrell by deeds of lease and release 21 & 22 March 1738 .. bounded by fork of the Robinson River. The other part thereof was attached by Zachary Lewis and bought at publick auction by Michael Clore, and by him sold to Timothy Terrell . . .
