      In the name of God, amen. I, John Bush, of St. Thomas Parish, in the county of Orange, being weak in body but of perfect mind and memory , and knowing that it is appointed unto all men once to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following:
      Imprimis, I do order that all my just debts be paid and satisfied.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Bridget Bush one bed and furniture.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, Philip Bush, five shillings sterling.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Martha Bruce, also five shillings sterling.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my daughter, Elizabeth Sanders, also five shillings sterling.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my son, John Bush five shillings sterling.
      Item. I give and bequeath unto my sons, Thomas Bush and Daniel Bush, all the Remainder of my Estate, to be equally divided between them, to them and their heirs forever; and lastly, I do constitute and appoint Philip Bush and Bridget Bush to be my whole and sole Exrs of this my last will and testament.

SANDERS on the north side of the Glady Forke Run thence north seventy two degrees west eighty nine poles to a black & small red oak thence south seventy degrees west one hundred and fourty poles to two red oaks thence south east fourty poles to two red & small white oake of Mr. RICHARD BAYLEYS thence along the sd BAYLEYS line north seventy nine poles to a beach & poplar corner to the sd BAYLEY standing on the north side the said Glady Fork Run and thence down the run this several course to the Beginning and all the houses orchards fences timbers ways waters priveledges profits and advantages to the same or any part thereof belonging or any ways appertaining and all the right Estate property Claim & Demand of him the said JOHN BUSH of in or to the said land or any part thereof To Have and To Hold the said land & premises and every part thereof with all & every its appurtenances unto the said PHILLIP BUSH his heirs Exors. Admrs. & assigns from the day of the date hereof for and during the full end & term of six months from thence next ensueing to the end that by virtue thereof and of the Statute for Transferring uses into possession the said PHILLIP BUSH may be in the actual possession of the premises and may be enable to accept of a grant and release of the same to him it doth and may appear. Admrs. & for every of them covenant grant and agree to and with the said PIIILLIP BUSH his heirs and assigns that the said JOHN BUSH is and stands now lawfully seized and in the tract of land above granted & every part thereof in a good pure & indefeasible Estate in fee simple and that he the said JOHN BUSH hath now good right and lawfull authority to give grant and confirm the same and every part thereof to him the said PHILLIP BUSH his heirs and assigns forever and further that the said PHILLIP BUSH his heirs & assigns paying the Quitrents which hereafter yearly grow due for ye same land to the Chief Lord or Lords of the fee for the time being shall & may for ever hereafter peaceably & quietly have hold use occupie possess and injoy all & every part of the tract of land and premises without the lawfull Let Suit Trouble Denial Eviction Molestation or Disturbance of any person or persons -whatsoever.
