Daniell Clarke of Oldmans Creeke planter sells to Thomas Porter, for 800 lb tobo and 7 bbl of Indian corn, a parcel of land, acerage not shown, "joyneing to a horse path that goes to Janes towne", beginning at a stake that stands in Ballingtons field (prob Bullington), running N into the woods, then W to Old mans Creeke, then down the creek then down the creec to the horse path.
