      John Marr of New Hamilton Parish and County of Prince William being very sick and weak in body.
      To Elizabeth Marr my beloved wife, my negro boy Peter and my orphan boy James Sims at her own disposeal and the third part of my estate beside as household goods and creatures, corn, wheat and rie and tobacco and my estate not to be sold till she hath her thirds but to divided by three honest men such as the Court shall appoint.
      To John Bradford, Junr., my negro boy Tom after my decease and the said Bradford shall oblige himself to pay to Martha Keirns five pounds Court. mony in the space of one year.
      To John Marr the son of Daniel Farr my negro girl Cate after my decease. And the said Marr shall oblige himself to pay Mary Nettle six pounds currt. money at the age of eighteen.
      To my beloved son Christopher Marr my servt. woman Isabel Sims.
      To John Rector my you the remainder part of my estate to be equally divided amongst my children.
      I do appoint Daniel Marr and John Bradford executors of this my last will and testament.

      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I ELIZABETH MARR Widow of the Parish of Hamilton and County of Prince William send Greeting. Know ye that I the said ELIZABETH MARR for the Natural love that I do bear unto my Son HARMON RICTOR Planter I the said ELIZABETH MARR being in perfect memory have given unto the said HARMON RICTOR his heirs a parcel of land containing One hundred acres in the aforesaid County of Prince William and in the GERMAN TOWN it being part of a GRAND PATTENT taken up by JOHN FISHBACK, JOHN HUFMAN and JACOB HOLTZCLAW and by them conveyed by a Lease for Ninety nine years yet to come to the aforesaid ELIZABETH MARR Widow then ELIZABETH RICTOR the said Lease bearing date the Eleventh day of August in the year 1729 and is recorded in the County Court of STAFFORD and the said land bounded beginning at a red Oak corner to PETER HITT and from thence down to a Hiccory joining to the land of HENRY OTTERBACK and along the said OTTERBACKs line crossing LICKING RUN to a white Oak in Colo. CARTERs line thence up CARTERs line to a red Oak corner to PETER HITT thence along the said HITTs line to the beginning which said land HARMON RICTOR now lives on and is in his possession To Have and To Hold the said parcel of land to him the said HARMON RICTOR and his heirs without any manner of claim from me the said ELIZABETH MARR my heirs.
