      WILL OF MARGARET GILL
      In the Name of God Amen the 12th day of July 1747.
      I Margaret Gill of the Parish of Brunswick in the County of King George being of perfect mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for the same, calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for us once to die, Do make and ordain this my Last Will & Testament.
      First I give to my son William Taylor and my three daughters namely Elizabeth White, Grace Jefferys and Anne Abbot one shilling apiece to be paid them out of my estate as their parts of my estate.
      I give to my son James Jones all my estate remaining after my just debts are paid that is to say my Lands and all things there-to belonging together with all my houshold goods, stock and money and all other things to me belonging and I do likewise appoint my beloved son James Jones my whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written. Also it is my de-sire that my estate should not be apprais'd.

      The Last Will and Testament of Margarett Gill, Deceased, was presented into Court by James Jones her Executor who made oath thereto and the same was proved by the oaths of Evan Jones and Joseph Morris and admitted to record.
