      TO ALL PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I DANIEL BRADFORD send Greeting. Know ye that I DANIEL BRADFORD of the County of FAUQUlER and State of Virginia for and in consideration of the natural love good will and affection which I have and do bear unto my Loving Son, ENOCH BRADFORD of the County of Culpeper and State aforesaid, by them presents do freely clearly aad absolutely
      give grant & confirm unto my said Son, ENOCH BRADFORD, his heirs and assigns forever a certain Dividend or tract of land in the County of Culpeper aad on GREAT BATTLERUNN and bounded Beginning at two Pines and a white Oak, Corner to WILLIAM ROBERTS, thence North twenty two degrees East Two hundred & seven poles to GREAT BATTLE RUNN where the Ruad crosses the same, thence up the said RUNN according to its meanders on the North side (including all Islaads in said RUNN) to a Sycamore,
      Corner to JOHN BRADFORD near where JOHN ROBERTS formly had a MILL, then leaving the RUNN South West One hundred &thirty two poles to two Spanish Oaks &a white Oak, thence South East One hundred and ninety eight poles to the Begining, containing One hundred and sixty acres be the same more or less, Togather with all houses gardens Orchards meadows pastures profits commodities & appurtenances whatseover to the same belonging To have and to hold the said land with their appurtenances unto ENOCK BRADFORD his heirs & assigns for Ever to the True Intent & meaning that my said Son, ENOCH, aforesaid his heirs aad assigns may from time to time &at all times for ever
      hereafter have hold possess & enjoy the said premises with their appurtenances
      without the lett disturbance or molestation of me the said DANIEL BRADFORD my heirs or assigns or any other person In Witness whereof I the said DANIEL BRADFORD have hereunto set my hand & seal this 18th day of November 1782
      in the presence of us DANIEL BRADFORD
      At a Court held for Culpeper County the 18th day of November 1782
