      To son Kenelm, ex., and hrs., dwelling plantation "Mattapany," "White Neck" adjoining and St. Katherines Island in Potomac River. He dying without issue, sd. lands to pass to 3 daus., Mary Hay (Hey),, Susannah Greenfield and Dryden Cheseldyne.
      To dau. Mary, wife of James Hay, plantations Broad Neck in St Mary's Co. and "Westwood Lodge" in Charles Co. during life; to pass: to her dau Mary at her decease.
