      THIS DEED Indented made this first day of June in the year of our Lord 1694 Between WM. NORRIS & ELIZABETH his Wife of the County of NORTHUMBERLAND, Blacksmith, of the one part and SAMUEL JONES of the County of NORTHUMBERLAND. Planter. of the other part; Witnesseth that they the said WM: NORRIS and ELIZABETH his Wife for a valuable consideration to them in hand paid by SAMUEL TONES have granted and do fully clearly and absolutely grant unto the said SAMUEL JONES all their peice or parcell of Land being in the Parish of FARNHAM in the County of Richmond containing Fifty acres more or less which said Fifty acres of Land is part of a Devidend of Land purchased of THO DUSIN by the abovesaid NORRIS and taken up by the abovesaid DUSIN as by the Conveyance thereof may appear bearing date the three and twentieth day of April 1694, relation being had may appear; And the Reversion and Reversions with all Deeds Writings Escripts and Minuments whatsoever touching the same; And beginning a a white Oak corner tree standing at the mouth of a small branch
      issuing out of the Branch that devides the Land of THOMAS DUSIN and the Land of WM NORRIS, thence up the said branch to a markea Poplar, thence along a line of marked trees its several courses till we come to a white Oak tree standing by the line of Mr. JOHN OCKLEY, thence down the said OCKLEYs line till we come to the line of the said NORRIS, thence along the said NORRIS line that devides the Land of WM. RICHARDSON till we come to a branch that devides the said DUSENs Land, thence up the said branch its several courses till we come to our first beginning; To have and to hold the said Fifty acres of Land with every of their appurtenances unto the said SAMUEL JONES his heirs and assigns forever with all profitts belonging and appertaining in as large manner as are expressed in the original and by those Rents and services mentioned to be due and payable, And the said WM; NORRIS and ELIZABETH his Wife do promise to save harmless the said Fifty acres of Land unto the said SAMUEL JONES his heirs and assigns against all persons whatsoever claiming the same under them, And lastly the said WM, NORRIS doth further promise that he and ELIZABETH his Wife shall acknowledge these presents within three Courts next after the date hereof in the County Court to be holden for the County of Richmond In Witness whereof the said WM. NORRIS and ELIZABETH his Wife have sett their hands and seals the first day of June: 1694
