      To all etc. whereas etc. Now know you that I Samuel Mathews Esq. etc. give and grant unto Robert Castleton l-----] thousand acres of land in Potomack [---] on the Northside of a creek below Pascatoway but on the opposite side of the River of Potomack bounding South Easterly
      upon l-----] said river South Westerly upon a creek by him called [---] Creek running North Westerly from the river 640 [----] into the woods and North Easterly from the said creek [----- ] poles towards the land surveyed tor Mr. Henry Vern-] the said land being due unto the said Robert castleton by [----] for the transportation of twenty persons
      into this colony whose names are all in the records mentioned under [---] pattent etc. dated the 15th of July 1657.
