      PARKER, ROBERT, of the Parish of Sittenburne, in the County of Rappa plantr
      My wife to enjoy the home Plantation during her life but all my Land being Eight hundred Acres by Computation I give & bequeath unto my foure Children to each Two hundred Acres still Reserving to my wife the Plantation for her life then my son John to have his first Choice of Two hundred Acres which I give unto him & his heires forever so alsoe unto the other three Children save only if any of my three Daughters dye before Marriage or the Age of twenty their Parts of Land I give unto My Son & his heirs forever but if my sd son shall dye before he be of Age I give my Land to be Equally divided between my surviving Children to them and their heirs forever My Cattle I give to be Equally divided between my wife & my sd foure Children the Tobb I have I give to buy a Younge Negro my goods household stuff Mill & the Rest of my Estate I give unto my Loving wife Save only a Negroe to each of my Children after their Mothers decease. Wife Executrix.

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that I ANDREW GILSON of the County of Rappa Gent for and in consideracon of the sume of three thousand five hundred pounds of Tobo: and caske to me in hand paid by ROBT. PARKER of the same County doe for me my heires by these presents bargaine and sell unto the sd Robt. Parker one hundred Seaventy and Six acres of land scituate lying and being in the County of Rappa. on the North side Thereof bounded on the land of THOMAS RAWSTON [sis Ranson] and on the North side of the Mill Branch being parte Excepted out of a Pattent conta. 1770 acres and two rods by me sold & assigned to JNO DANGERFIELD To Have and To Hold the said one hundred Seaventy & six acres of land in as large and ample manner to all Effects & purposes as the said land was granted to me by Patt: bearing date the 29th day of June 1663. Witness my hand & seale the 2d day of Maii 1666.

      KNOW ALL MEN by these prsents that I ROBERT THOMLIN of Rappae. County wth ye consent of REBECCA, my Wife, for ye consideracon of two thousand pounds of tobacco in hand to uspaid, Doe acknowledge to have sold from us & or: heires forever unto ROBERT PARKER his heires & assignes for ever a certain quantity of land being in Rappae: County & on ye North side of Major JNO. WEIREs MILL by Estimation Sixty acres more or less bounding upon ye land of WILLIAM JEWILL, HENRY MONCASTER & JOHN WEIRE. Now Know yee that I ye said ROBT. THOMLIN doe acknowledge to have sold ye land herein mentioned from me & my heires forever in as large & ample manner as is expressed in ye Pattent whereunto this hath relation, warranting ye sd land from all Claymes of GEORGE JONES his heires & assignes to save & defend, And I obleidge my selfe to acknowledge this at any Court that shall be holden for Rappae. County wth ye like acknowledgmt. of REBECCA my Wife, And for confirmation hereof I hereunto together with my Wife sett my hand & Seale this 2d of January 1675/6 Signed Sealed & delivd. in prsence

Attorney for mee & in my place & stead to acknowledge my right of a parcel of land to ROBERT PARKER as by a Deed of Sale doth appeare, & for ye true performance of all ye prmises, I have hereunto sett my hand & Seale this 5th day of March 1677/8

      THIS INDENTURE made this 10th day of March in the yeare of our Lord God 1686 and in the second yeare of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord King James the second &c. Between RICHARD GARDNER of the Province of MARYLAND Gent. and ELIZABETH his Wife of the one part and ELIZABETH PARKER, Relict and Exrx. of ROBERT PARKER late of the Colony of Virginia, Planter, of the other part Witnesseth that the sd RICHARD GARDNER and ELIZABETH for divers good causes and valuable considerations them thereunto especially moving but also in consideration of the sum of Seaven thousand of Tobb: and caske to them the said RICHARD and ELIZABETH well and truly paid by her ELIZABETH PARKER have given unto the sd ELIZABETH PARKER her heires forever all that the OLD MILL scituate lying and being at the head of a Creeke commonly called and known by the name of GILLSONS MILL CREEK on the South side of Rappa. River which sd Mill was late in the occupation of Mr. GEO: JONES late of Rappa: aforesaid deced, and now comonly called and knowne by the name of JONES MILL, together with all water courses Mill dam &c. and all other the rights and appertinances unto the said Mill or any part belonging and all the Estate right of them the sd RICHARD and ELIZABETH GARDINER of all the premises To have and to hold the sd OLD MILL called JONES MILL as aforesd. and all rights whatsoever to the only proper use of the sd ELIZABETH PARKER her heires and assignes and the sd RICHARD and ELIZABETH GARDINER for themselves unto the said ELIZABETH PARKER will warrant and defend by these presents In Witness whereof the sd RICHD. and ELIZABETH GARDINER have sett their hands and seals
