      In the name of God Amen. I William Piper of the county of King George & parish of Hanover, being sick and weak but in my
      perfect senses, do make and ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner following; Item I give and bequeth unto my beloved wife Ann Piper my land whereon I now live to her & her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Piper my upper Mill which I purchased of Major William Berryman to her and her heirs foreever
      Item. All the remainder of my estate I give and bequeath unto my wife Ann Piper to her and her heirs forever
      Lastly. I do hereby appoint my son John Piper, my wife Ann Piper & James Muse Executors to this my last will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 13th day of March 1791.
