      The will of Francis left his whole estate to his wife Lucy W., with reversion of most of it at her death to his nephew, Edwin, son of Francis Conway of Caroline County, VA. and if he dies, then to his brother John Conway, legacy to his niece Lucy, daughter of his brother Thomas. There is a deed in King George County, dated 1 march 1795, from Francis and Lucy, his wife (late the widow of John Taliaferro, deceased), on King George that conveyed to William Thornton Alexander 600 acres in King George, called 'Hays', which was the dower of the said Lucy as widow of said Taliaferro, consideration: love and affection for said W.T. Alexancer. His wife & nephew Francis Fitzhugh Conway were respectively his executrix and executor. Francis and his wife did not have any issue.
