      Sons: George Graham, John Graham, and Richard Graham my lands on western waters tract on Great Sandy Cr. of 138320 a., tract on Tigerts Cr. of 80406 1/2 a, another tract on sd. cr. of 2700 a., a tract adj. the
      last mentioned of 20,000 a.; tract on Cabbin Cr. of 15000 a.; These 5 tracts all ly in Mason Co. District of Ky.; tract of 33815 a. on Red River a br. of Ky. River; tract of 20000 a. on Cow Cr. subdivided in three parcells as will appear by partition deeds executed by Col. William Fitzhugh, Renolds Johnston and myself recorded in General Ct. these two tract of land in Fayette Co., Ky., also tract of 1400 a. on Ohio River about 10 miles below the falls in Jefferson Co., Ky. this tract was located for my settlm't. A tract on Fishing Cr. in Ohio Co. of 1500
      a., tract on Elk River of 3000 a. 1 tract on Bull Cr. of 3000 a., these two tracts lye in Harrison Co., tract of 28000 a. and tract adj. of 2000 a. both on Little Kanawa River, a tract on Reedy Cr., a br. of Little Kanawa of 6000 a all adj. on both sides of Reedy Cr. Tract of 4000 a. on Pocotittsco Cr. a br. of Great Canawa this tract contains 4 surveys, these last 4 tracts lyon Canawa Co. These 15 tracts of land containing 383441 1/2 a. to be divided amongst my three son as soon as my youngest son Richard arrives at age of 21.
      Wife: Jean Graham for her natural live and in lieu of her dower on all my estate the follwoing lands on eastern
      waters the riverside thereof to my three sons George, John and Richard. Or if on the death of their mother
      if she outlives that period, sUbjecting the sd. reversion at the time of their mothers death to the legacy thereafter left to my dau. Catharine out of the sd. lands. Land mostly in Fauqier Co, but partly in Pre Wm. bought of John Mercer of 4000 a., tact on Little River in sd. Co. bought of John Cantwill recorded in Fauquier Co. of 220 a., tract on Little River bought of William Kenton and purchased by Kenton at sale of land of Geroge Mercer dec. of 215 a., tract on Chappawamsick Run in Pre Wm. bought of late Capt. Cuthbert Harrison of 580 a., tract on Powell Run bought of John Berryman of 685 a.; tract on Powells Cr. bought of Joseph Harrison of 100 a. but contains 140 a. Tract of marsh on Quantico Cr. from the Beaver Dam upwards bought of Capt. William Tebbs of 20 a.; tract of marsh of 4 a. with 1 a. of high land adj. my hop yard bought of William Baylis.
      Two lots bought of Bern. and Jesse Ewell of 1 1/2 a. Tract in Stafford Co. bought of exors. of Cuth. Harrison adj. land I purchased of him of 200 a.,Lott in Dumfries whereon my dwelling house stands, as also storehouses of Mr. Brundige, Mr. Gallagher, Mr. McDaniel and James Barber. Lott of 1/2 a. at public wharf between cr. and town line, 1/2 a. of two lotts in Dumfries on cr. near the upper end of town bought of Col. Ryan. Two lotts in town of Leesburg bought of John Westley. Tract of land on Leathercoat Mt. surveyed by Mr. Kincheloe of 1000 a. in Fauquier, the above 11 tracts I leave to my wife Jean Graham for her natural life as dower for all my estate agreable to a deed of settlement made on her for the same.
      Dau: Catharine Graham 5000 Ibs. to be paid in following manner: First 3000 bls. to be raised out of sale of same part of my land on western waters, or 10000 a. of land out of my Tygerts Cr. tract at option of my 3
      sons. The other 2000 Ibs. to be paid on death of her mother or 1/4 part of seven thousand and 72 a. of land on eastern waters.
      Nephew: Henry Richard Graham 2000 a. out of my Sandy Cr. tract.
      Leg: Donald Campbell, eldest son of Colin Campbell of Dumfries 1000 a. out of Sandy Cr. tract
      Exors: To sell as much land on watern waters at 12 mos. credit as well pay all my just debts. I desire that
      as much of my western lands may be sold for cash as will raise sum sufficient to pay for following legacies: To three sons and dau. Catharine a gold watch and mourning ring that my executors may import from London and a mourning ring for each of my following friends: Thomas Montgomerie, Richard Brent, Robert Leachman?, Major George Brent, Cumberland Wilson, Dr. Geo. Graham, Mrs. Mason, Mrs. Heslop, Mrs. Dalrimple, Miss Molly Lee, and Miss Molly Ball, and mourning ring to my wife to whom I leave my gold watch
      Son: My library of books and gold headed cain to my eldest son George
      Wife: Silver plate and furnture and after death to son George.
      Dau: Catharine negro Fanny and her children
      Son: Richard negro Stephen and mulatto boy will.
      The reason for making the above seperate legacies is because my sons George and John have all the negroes at death of their mother that came by her agreeble to a settlement made on them by their gr.father George Brent
      Leg: I desire that education of son Richard as also all reasonable expences of my other two sons and dau. be
      pd. out of rents or sales of my western lands.
      Exors: Wife Jean, fr. Richard Brent and sons: George, John and Richard. Dated: June 15, 1791

      Codicil: Whereas I have since making of above will sold a part of my lands on western waters and part of these sold being particularly willed to my dau. and nephew Henry Richard Graham and Donald Campbell. In lieu thereof I now leave to dau 6655 2/3 a. out of my Cow Cr. tract agreeable to division of agreement with Col.
      Fitzhugh and Johnston. She is to draw lots for her part and also to her 3323 1/3 a. out of my Red River tract in proportion to quantity that may be secured out of my 18000 a. there being my share of that tract after paying off Col. Holders part, Son: All sums of money that may be due to me to my three sons, they paying all my debts and legacies.
      Leg: I desire that Henry Richard Graham and Donald Campbell may have the quantity of land left them out
      of my half tract of 8000 a. on Tygers Cr. land held by Col. Fitzhugh and my self that was formerly entered in the name of Indson Conledge.
      Dau: If she shoud marry without the full consent of my exors. I hereby revoke all part of my will regarding
      her. and she is to be allowed no more than her , husband will settle on her and her children.
      Dated: Oct. 30, 1794 Proven: Sept. 6, 1796.
      Probate granted George and John Graham on Oct. 3, 1796.
