      Feb. 28, 1809 - Three undated, unsigned and unwitnessed wills of Nathaniel Newton that had been found in Nathaniel's desk were submitted to the Price George's Co., Md. Probate Court. Each of the three wills leaves a bequest to nephew Joseph Newton Burch.
