      I, Elizabeth Corry of CC being of perfect mind and memory
      To nephew Thomas Lancaster, the lot at Newport and houses thereon for which my land is security to William Taylor of Baltimore on account of John B. Wathen, also negroes, Jess, Cato, Sarah, Monica, together with all the cattle, except one cow and calf, one pair oxen, half dozen silver tea spoons, half a dozen leather bottomed chairs, one bed with furniture complete with curtains, one bed and furniture complete with curtains next choice, one round cherry tea table, one round mahogany tea table, four pictures seasons of the year, one grey mare called Daphne, one sorrel, one castor, half the kitchen furniture, the rent due from Mrs. Richards and all the overplus of the money my land sells for after paying off a deed of trust given to William Taylor of Baltimore.
      To daughter Margaret Posey, one tin coffee pot and all the queens ware in the house.
      To daughter Elizabeth Corry, one Cow and calf, new chintz gown, one black silk gown, and equal part of my other wearing apparel and the other half of the kitchen furniture and compensation of a balance due her from her father's estate being about seven pounds then continental currency being in circulation a note was given for thirty pounds to be paid at her marriage or my death.
      To daughter Ann Middleton, one riding chair, one chest drawers, and one large chest.
      To daughter Jane Teresa Mitchell, one new leather trunk.
      To son William Corry, one large round table.
      To son James Allen Corry, one shilling
      To the pastor of the Church, the sum of three pounds seven and sixpence for the offices of charity he may perform for me.
