      Elizabeth Boarman wife of Raphael Boarman, Will, September 25, 1804; May 10, 1806
      I, Elizabeth Boarman wife of Raphael Boarman of CC, do by a power to me in that behalf given and reserved by virtue of a certain bonds made and entered into between my present husband on his part and my brother John Baptist Thompson on my part bearing date the twenty seventh day of December, in the year of our Lord, one thousand Eight Hundred and two for giving and disposing of several goods, chatttels and personal estate as mentioned in the said bond and schedule thereto annexed will more fully apprear do give and bequeath as follows Viz;
      To brother Raphael Thompson the sum of 50 pounds current money if he should be alive at my death or to his daughter if alive at my death. In case neither are alive at my death, the 50 pounds to be equally divided between by brother John Thompson Baptist and sisters Jane Brooke and Henrietta Simmes.
      To nephew Basil Brooke, my horse and bed with all its furniture.
      To sister Henrietta Simmes, my riding carriage.
      To niece Mary Ann Thompson, daughter of Jno. B. Thompson, the sume of 16 dollars.
      To nephew Richard Brooke,Henrietta Brooke, Mary Teresa Thompson, Elizabeth Thompson, Charity Semmes, and Henneritta Semmes, all the remaining part and residue of the estate provided they will pay the Reverend Mother of the monastery in Charles County the sum of 5 pounds current money.
