      1708 May 19. Lindsey, Margret, of Allawaies Creek, Salem County, [NJ]
      daughter and heiress of Thomas Lindsey dec'd, late of Elk River, Cecil County, Maryland, planter; will of. Leaves her real and personal estate, incl. a plantation at Elk River, descended from her father Thomas, to Abel Nichollson of Allawaies Creek, "who hath been and still is and remaineth unto me, as a carefull nursing father, in the time of my lameness, maladies, and great afflictions," and makes said Nichollson sole executor.
      Witnesses--Tho: Thompson, Richard Marshall, Richard Nicson. Proved May 1, 1712.
