      THOMAS ODONELL STAFFORD COUNTY 23 Aug. 1687
      Very sick & weak.
      To Henry Coldstream 250 a. which I last purchased & in case he die without issue then to fall to Thomas Lund.
      To Thomas Lund 100 a. adj. sd Henry Coldstream and part of that purchase. Coldstream is not to bar Thomas Lund from any Timber which he shall have occasion for on Coldstream's land.
      To Thur Pate 50 a. from my last purchase.
      To Willford Kelly, son of Edmond Kelly 50 a. belonging to the tract on which Edmond Kelly now liveth.
      To Isabel Derrick, dau. of Thomas Derrick 50 a. of mine on which Edmond Kelly liveth.
      To George Brent, son of Capt George Brent 200 a. of mine being part of the division which Edmond Kelly now liveth.
      To Henry Coldstream & Thomas Lund the remainder of the tract Kelly liveth on (50 a.) equally divided.
      To my Wife, Henry Coldstream & Thomas Lund all money that is due & owing unto me in England from any person provided my wife, Coldstream & Lund pay what remains due for my land which I last bought.
      To Mr Samuel Hayward one of the biggest Steers in my penn & one Ring of two & twenty Shillings Sterling.

      894. THOMAS LUND made humble petition to this Court that he having not yet attained to the age of one and twenty years doth humbly present Mr. JOHN WITHERS as his Guardian and prayes that he may be administrator to the same And forasmuch as Thomas Lund and Mr. John Withers did both appear in this Court and John Withers did accept Thomas Lund free and voluntary offer and did willingly take the said charge and forasmuch as Thomas Lund and John Withers his Guardian did aver and justifie to this Court that HENRY COLDSTREAM admr cum Testamento annexed of the Estate of THOMAS ODENELE late of this County deced doth detaine and withhold from him his Estate which was bequeathed to him by his Father CHRISTOPHER LUND late of this County deced Therefore tis ordered that Henry Coldstream in Qualification afsd shall deliver up unto John Withers in Qualification all the Estate which doth properly belong unto Thomas Lund by vertue of Christopher Lund will his deced Father.

      To all Christian People .. I THOS. LUND of county Stafford Carpenter .. this 8th day Febry. 1702/3 Know Ye that in consideration of a valuable consideration already reced of RICHD. FOSSAKhR of ye afsd County .. have sold all that parcel of land lying in Stafford County in St. Pauls Parish being now in ye possession & tenure of Capt. CHARLES ELLIS & EDWD. TAYLOR containing 120 acres as by a survey for the same made by Mr. THOMAS GREGG in Anno 1700 it being part of a Pattent granted by the Honourable Proprietors of the Northern Neck Virga. to Thomas Lund for 250 acres of land bearing date 16 March 1699 .. the said 120 acres by these presents bargained & sold is bounded .. beginning at a marked hiccory tree & running from thence South 220 poles to another hiccory corner tree from then 87 1/2 poles to another marked hiccory from thence N=220 poles to a marked ash tree from thence W=87 1/2 poles to the beginning containing & being laid out for 120 acres ..

      pp. 155-156 To all Christian People .. this 11th day Febry, 1702/3 Now Know ye that I THOMAS LUND of County Stafford Carpenter for sum 4000 pounds of Tobacco paid and reced of ABRAHAM FARROW of said county Millwright .. have sold all that parcel of land containing 800 acres lying in county Stafford the said 800 acres of land being formerly sold by CHRISTOPHER LUND ffather of Thomas Lund to JOHN MATHEWS his assignment on the back of the said Pattent dated 3d January 1666 but never acknowledged by means whereof the land did descend to Thomas Lund the present vender it being bounded as by the sd original Pattent granted to Christopher Lund father of the sd Thomas Lund dated the 22d October 1665 the said land being by several means conveyances sold & transferred to divers but now in possession of said Abraham Farrow and accordingly claimed by him ..
