BRISCOE of ye Citty of BRISTOLL in ye Kingdom of England Marriner his heires for ever One thousand acres of lande Iyeinge on ye River of OCCAQUON in the County of Stafford in POTOMACKE RIVER beinge pie of a Pattent of three thousand acres of lande now in the possession of the said CALEB BUTLER To Have and To sold to him the said WM. BRISCOE ye said One thousand acres of lande from claimes of any pson whatsoever. In Wittness whereof I have sett my hande & wale this 5th day of June 1691

JOHN WASHINGTON of ye said County Gent. my lawfull Attorney for me to acknowledge all my right of Dower of Five hundred acres of lande in ye said County of Stafford to Mr WM. BRISCOE dated ye 5th day of June last allowinge all whatsoever my said Attorney shall doe in ye same as Wittness my hande & Seale this 5th day of October 1691

      TO ALL PEOPLE to Whom these presents shall come I ALEXR WEBSTER and ANNE my Wife of ye County of WESTMORELAND in Virginia for ye consideracon of four Thousand poundes of Tobacco to us paid & other valuable consideracons allready received have sold unto WILLIAM BRISCOE of ye Citty of BRISTOLL in ye Kingdome of England Marriner his heires for ever five hundred acres of lande that was given by a Deed of Gift bearinge date ye 8th day of June 1662 by DOROTHY BALDRIDGE to ANN BEYNUM, then ye Wife of JOHN BUTLER & now ye Wife of ALEXANDER WEBSTER, to him the said WILLIAM BRISCOE his heires for ever ye said five hundred acres of lande & every part & parsell thereof and wee doe oblige our selves to acknowledge the above said Sale in Court when shall he called thereunto. In Wittness whereof we have sett or halides & Seales this 5th day of June in ye Third yeare of ye Reigne of or Sovereigne Lord & Lady KINGE WM. & QUEEN MARY 1691
