      P-251a BEE IT KNOWN to all people that I MARY PEAKE of ye County of Stafford Widdaw due bequeath to my Daughter ROSSANA one fenther bed, bolster rugge and blanketts one table & six chaires and one abbinettto bee delivered to her attye age of Sixteene or ye day of Marriage and likewise I now give to my Daughter aforesaid one three year old hetfer and one yearlinge both of them and their increase from this time untill day of Marriage or age above said only ye first mare colt that ye above said Mare shall bringe 1 except and doe by this Act and Deed give it to my Sonile ROBERT PEAKE and her increase and likewise I now give to my said Sonne one three year old heifer her increase from this day both mare foale and heifer and desire this my Deed of Gift maybe putt and remain of ye Record of ye aforesaid County. As Wiliness my hande this 29th day of Augost 1692
