      323. FRANCIS HUNT who intermarried with ISABEL the daughter of THOMAS DERRICKE made humble complaint to this Court shewing that THOMAS ODENELE late of this County deced by his last will and testament did give and bequeath unto ISABEL DERRICK and now your Petrs wife fifty acres of land belonging to that tract or dividend of land whereon EDMOND KELLY now liveth as per the said Thomas Odoneles last will and Testament .. Wherefore your Petr in right of his wife humhly prayer this worshipful-Court to grant him an order to the intent he may survey and lay out the said fifty acres of land according to the will and bequest of the deced being ready to pay for the survey and all other charges incumbent thereon And the Court having considered the premises doe accordingly order Therefore tic ordered that Francis Hunt have Liberty and that the Surveyor of this County shall lay out the said fifty acres of land betwixt this and next Court according to the gift and bequest of Thomas Odenele deced Provided that he the said Hunt doe not disturbe the possession of ANNE ODENELE the widow and relict of Thomas Odenele either in her right of dower & right of legacy from her husband he the said Hunt paying costs

      222. FRANCIS HUNT made humble Petition to this Court shewing that JOHN GLASSE bf this County stood indebted to the Plt the sum nine hundred pounds of Tobacco due by bilx under his hand and Seale as also for his Levy for this Present year and the said Glasse having absented himself out of this County so that a Legal Course of Law could not be had against him for the recovery of his said debt Wherefore the Pat took out an attachment against the Estate and prayes Judgment against the Estate of John Classe soe attached for his debt with Levy and all costs. And now forasmuch as Francis Hunt the Petr did by his bill here in Court produced justly make appear his debt to be due Therefore tis ordered that Francis Hunt shall have Judgment against the Estate of John Glasse soe attached for his said debt as also for his levy with all costs.

WILLIAM WILFORD made humble Petition to this Court shewing that JOHN GLASSE late of this County stood indebted to the Plt the sum Two hundred pounds of Tobacco due by bill under his hand and Seale and the said Glasse having absented himself out of this county the Plt took out an attachment against his Estate according to Law wherefore the Plt hath exhibited his Petition to this Court and prayes judgment against the Estate of John Glasse soe attached with costs. And now forasmuch as the said William Wilford did by the said Glasses bill here in Court produced justly make appear his debt to be due as afsd Therefore tis ordered that William Wilford shall have Judgment against the Estate of John Glasse soe attached for his debt with costs Provided that there shall be so much found out of the said Glasses Estate after FRANCIS HUNT is paid

      several good causes do bequeath and make over unto my Loving Sons FRANCIS HUNT & VINCENT HUNT all the cattle with this mark and hoggs .. the male and female cropt in the left ear & underheeled on the right ear .. (also bequeaths furniture and other items) .. give to my son PHILIP HUNT (household items, utensils) .. if it should please God that I should die before my servant SILVANUS MILLER is free then he to go to the proper use and behoof of my sons Francis and Vincent Hunt .. 12th day August 1701,

JOHNSON are held and firmly bound to the Worshipful Justices of the Court of Stafford County in sum 20000 pounds of Tobacco .. 16th December 1703. The condition Whereas bounden Alice hath reced her proportion of the Estate of her deced husband FRANCIS HUNT and ought to pay a third part of the Debt now if she shall well and truly pay the same as also give a full account to the next Court held for
      his county of some goods & tobacco belonging to Estate at decease of said Hunt then this present obligation to be void ..
