      I, Daniel Norris of CC, being of perfect health of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To wife, thirds
      To sons Ignatius Norris, John Ryan Norris and my daughter Ann Dunnington, 5 pounds current money each. Whereas considering that they inherited a proportion of their grandfathers estate, I have only left them a small present wishing to place my other children as near a level as I can.
      To my other children, Thomas Norris, Daniel Norris, Robert Francis Norris, Edward Gustavus Norris and Mary Norris, all the rest and residue of my estate equally.
