      THIS INDENTURE made the Twenty fifth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty six Between ARCHDEL CASH and MARY his Wife of County of KING GEORGE and Parish of WASHINGTON of one part and BENJAMIN COOPER of County of Prince William and Parish of DETTINGEN of other part; Witnesseth that ARCHDEL CASH and MARY his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred pounds of current money of Virginia to him in hand by these presents doth bargain sell and confirm unto BENJAMIN COOPER his heirs a certain tract of land lying in Parish & County aforesd. containing Two hundred acres of land which Land formly belong'd to WM. FLORENCE and LETTICE his Wife, GEORGE FLORENCE and NEWMAN his Wife and ELIZABETH FLORENCE and from them conveyed to EDWARD EMMS by Deeds of Lease and Release which will appear as also from said EMMS to SARAH KINCHELOE, who intermarried with the said WILLIAM TYLER. Party to these presents Begining at, a Hickory on the No. side of OCCOQUAN, thence South ten degrees East eighty eight poles to a white Oak, thence So. Sixty one and a half West to SPILLERs Line, thence with SPILLERs Line to the Run, thence down the Run the several courses to the begining. Together with all houses orchards profits and appurtenances in any wise belonging, with their and every of their rights members and appurtenances unto BENJAMIN COOPER his heirs, And ARCHDEL CASH and MARY his Wife and their heirs will warrant and defend for ever by these presents; In Witness whereof ARCHDEL CASH and MARY his Wife have subscribed their names and affixed their seals to this Indenture the day and year above written

      Prince William Sct. Agreeable to the within to us directed, we privately and apart from her said Husband examined MARY CASH who voluntarily and freely relinquished her Right of Dower in the within mentioned land this 26th day of December 1786
