      "being weak of Body
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Zadock Summers --grandson
      -to have 100 acres of land where testator now has a quarter
      2. Josias Summers --son
      -to have all the remainder of the tract or parcel or land al testator's quarter called "Outlet Addition" and "Child's Portion"
      3. Nathan Summers --son
      -to have the sum of 275 pounds 19 shillings 6 pence specie which is in the hands of
      Mr. Tilghman Hilliary and for which testator has his bond
      4. Levan Summers --son (youngest son)
      -to have 15 pounds per year for his natural life and to be paid to him annually by executors out of the income of the plantation whereon testator now lives. But "should a Reformation of Life take place in him and his conduct be amended on the judgement of his Friends & Neighbours" then to have that 1/2 of the land whereon testator now lives
      5. Elizabeth Summers --wife -she and testator's grandson Nathan Summers to have the other of the land whereon testator now lives w/ all houses, improvements, etc. for the natural life of testator's wife and at her decease or should she remarry, then to be sold and the proceeds from the sale to he divided among testator's three sons
      -remainder of the estate to be divided among testator's children and widow --by contract to have a child's portion
