      I, Abraham Hancock of CC, being in a low state of health, but in sound mind, memory will and understanding;
      To wife Ann Hancock, negroes Ann and Mara, 1 feather bed and furniture.
      To daughter Mildred Powers, negro woman Clarissa.
      To daughter Treasey Cooksey, negroes Judy and Matilda and 1 feather bed and furniture.
      To daughter Charity Hancock, negroes Rachel and Steaven and 1 feather bed and furniture.
      To daughter Catharine Hancock, negro girl Clarissa and 1 feather bed and furniture.
      To son Josias Hancock, all my land, being part of tracts "Betty's Delight" and "Noah's Desert", and negro Jean. But if he should die before 21 years, then to my son Hawkins Hancock. Also wife Ann Hancock and two daughters Charity and Catharine Hancock shall have their single lives in the aforesaid lands.
      To son Hawkins Hancock, negro Kitta, 1 feather bed, furniture and 200 dollars cash.

      I, Josias Hancock of William and Mary Parish in CC, being at this time of perfectly sound mind, memory and understanding;
      To Harry, a mulatto man whome I did by deed dated August 3, 1801 manufit and set free from bondage and slavery and who has since adopted for himself the name of Henry Sewall, a tract of land which I purchased of Huse Mastin, called "Littleworth" containing 80 acres for his use during his natural life and after his death to his two eldest daughters Catharine and Eliza. If they should die before 18 yrs old, then the tract to go to their brother Hanson Sewell.
      To negro Walter, his freedom after my death.
      To Harry Sewall, all my stock of horses
      To brother Abraham Hancock, the residue of my estate.
